OK found the fullscreen but once you're in it...aah how do I get out of it without closing the whole application?

To exit fullscreen mode, tap the bottom of the screen where the tab bar normally is.

Yeah just found it (by mistake :))
I assume Apple is not allowing you to assign the various buttons custom functions like we could with iSilo in other platforms?
If that's the case would it be realistic that one could make a feature where one can edit the two menu bars top/bottom so that you would have only one or/and customize it with the features/buttons one might need/want?

Is there a shortcut to activate the Fullscreem mode?

No, there is no shortcut. But we are looking into additional configurability for a future update that will allow some customization to shorten the number of steps needed to access often-used actions.
