I am having the hardest time trying to be able to see my SD card let alone all the files on it in iSilo for my Blackberry Pearl:confused:. I am using Roxio and i have a 2GB Media Card in my phone, Roxio sees it, but when i go into iSilo it only sees my Device Memory. Can you put together a walk through of How-to put files into iSilo and access them on a blackberry. Thanks you!!!!:D

In the document list view, if you are in the "Device & Storage Cards" view (the rightmost tab), then you can navigate to any directory on the card. Use the Escape key to go all the way up in the directory hierarchy. It should then list "Device Memory" and "SDCard" (or something similar). Click "SDCard". Then you can drill down within the directories on the card to where you saved your documents.

Thanks for the reply, but thats exactly what im talking about thats NOT showing. When i back out to the farthest screen, it only lists the Device Memory, and the SD Card isnt showing. So when im in Roxio, what exactly should my SD card look like? Right now it looks like this:
MY DEVICES
[-]....Blackberry 8100 [Device Memory]
[+]...Music
[+]...Pictures
[+]...Ringtones
[+]... Videos
[-]....Blackberry 8100 [Media Card]
[+]...Blackberry
[-]...Documents
[+]...iSilo
What am i doing wrong??? PLEASE HELP:(

Make sure that when you start iSilo that your device is not connected to your computer with Mass Storage Mode on. If you have your device connected to your computer with Mass Storage Mode on, then the memory card will not be accessible to iSilo.

You do not need to disable mass storage mode because then you would not be able to transfer files from your PC to your device.
On that same Options screen with the option to disable mass storage mode, there should be another option Media Card Support. Make sure that option is set to On.
If the above does not solve the problem, try going to Options/Advanced Options/Applications/iSilo. Then go to the menu and click Edit Permissions. Expand the User Data section and make sure that the Files permission is set to Allow.
