Registration code quit working after 2 years

I purchased SAIS40HP iSilo™ version 4.x for Windows® CE Handheld PC single user license addition in 2006 and it's worked great for about 2 years. Recently tries to get me to register it, and it won't accept the original registration number. So I downloaded to overwrite and it still won't accept. I have a copy of the original purchase info if that'll help.

What is the specific make and model number of the device on which you are attempting to register iSilo and what is the version number of iSilo that you have installed as shown in the "About iSilo" dialog?

My PDA is an iPAQ rx-1955 running Windows Mobile version 5.0, OS 5.1.1702.
About iSilo shows v. 5.02.

Your current license is for "iSilo for Pocket PC", version 4.x, the current release version of which is version 4.38, which you can get from the download page (http://www.iSilo.com/download/index.htm). Your registration code will work with that latest release version of version 4.x.

For version 5.x, you would need an upgrade license. The iSilo online store (http://store.iSilo.com) is currently offering a new release promotion on the upgrade. Click on Upgrades there for details.
