Chapter links in a document.

I have a Word 2007 file that I would like to transfer to my PDA in iSilo format. There is a contents page and then 16 chapters. I would like to be able to click on a chapter on the contents page which would then move me to the appropriate chapter. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to achieve this? I do have iSilox, and as I say MS Word 2007. Do I need to save each chapter as a separate document and then link to it from the contents page? If there is a tutorial that I've missed apologies (and please post the link!)

If the items on the contents page are already links, then all you should need to do is to save the document in HTML/Web Page format. If not, then from within Word, you need to first make the items on the contents page links to the chapters.

I think part of my problem is I don't know how to link the items on the contents page to the chapters! I'm sure I'm looking right at it but...
