User ID field in System Information dialog is blank

I'm trying to purchase a document that requires my user ID, but the User ID field in iSilo's System Information dialog is blank. How do I get my user ID?

The user ID is based on the owner name of the device. To set the owner name, do this:

In the Start menu, tap Settings.
In the Settings window, tap the Personal tab.
On the Personal tab, tap Owner Information.
In the Owner Information window, enter your name in the Name field.
Tap OK to accept the changes you have made in the Owner Information window.
After setting your owner name, when you go back to iSilo's System Information dialog, the User name field shows the name you entered into the Owner Information dialog and the User ID field shows the user ID that you need to provide to the vendor of the document you are purchasing.
