enhancement requested: better handling Bookmark

A need that is requested for many users is the possibility to create bookmark for a current document and bookmark for glaobal Isilo file.
Bookmar(k are very simple to create and usefull, but today if you create an Isilo file that contains 100 files and 10 bookmarks per documents, when you request the bookmark list all 100 x 10 bookmarks are listed !!!
Bookmark are usefull for creating simply a table of contents per page for example. So if all of them are always global, theirs interests will be little.

Are Isilo developper will working in this way ? :)

Just for the record, what you call a "document" is what most people (including the iSilo manual) term a "page". The term "document" usually refers to the .pdb file in its entirety.
