I'm just starting to play with iSilo. Is it possible to highlight text with it on the BB? That's a feature that I REALLY need. Thanks!

No, unfortunately highlighting is currently only available on devices with a touchscreen.

Oh, that's too bad. I REALLY need a reader that I can use to highlight material. :(

Is this a feature that will be added to version 5 in the future. I ask because I currently own a license of version 4 and was looking to upgrade to version 5 for this feature, but am now looking at moving to YanCEyWare since they now have a version for smartphone that supports highlighting and annotations.

It is a possibility. Selection is not easy on non-touchscreen devices, but we are still considering it.
