Hi

Greetings to all from iSilo. My name is Mon and I need some help. I dont know whom to address this since I cant find any contact number or address to your sales department but Im hoping that I can get help from here.

Last April 28 (Philippines) I purchased iSilo online. To my dismay, all the stores rejected my purchase due to a lack of information from the credit card that I was using. I used my moms credit card (with her approval of course). Sometime in May, my mom received her credit card statement and to my surprise, she was charged with additional $19.99 which I believe was supposed to be my iSilo purchase because I was the only one using her card. I was only able to check my email (the one I put in my purchase form) after about a month due to some problems with my server. I was expecting to receive the registration number but I didnt.

Can you please check my account. I dont know how it happened and which of the stores made the erroneus charging.

The purchaser/credit card name was ESTER JUAN.
The email address I gave was mon@nulaoag.com
If you find that my purchase was legitimate (which I believe so) can you please send me again my registration number to the email address above and cc to moncalibuso@msn.com.

I find your program very convenient and powerful. It is one of the most useful programs I had in my palm and I want to continue using it.
