I've been creating PDBs from UTF-8 encoded documents and noticed that a square will appear at the top of the document. After some searching, I noticed that if I create the PDB from a file that does not contain Byte Order Makrs in the beginning of the file, the square goes away.
I think that this would qualify as a bug. ANSI encoded documents do not have BOMs so this is not an issue for most documents. However, UTF-8 files can contain BOMs.
The square appears even if I specify UTF-8 encoding in ISILOX.
I'm not sure if this is an ISILOX or ISILO issue.
