provide older versions of iSiloXC

Hi all:

As there is no source code provided for iSiloXC and the only available binaries are linked to
GLIBC_2.1.3, I am interested in older versions of iSiloXC on the download page (I guess the
source code will not be made available so that it is possible to compile the program by
oneself).

After trying a bit. I found the file

(which doesn't seem to have a link on the official download page).

The iSilo document format did not change between version 3 and version 4. Therefore, they do not link to the old conversion utility.

I suppose they did not anticipate a need such as yours. Good job on finding the link. :)
