I just got a new PDA (went from a Windows CE to Windows Mobile 5). Do I need a new registration code or do I need to purchase a new one?

It depends whether the platform is different or not. What is the model number of your old device and the model number of your new device?

My old device was a HP Jornada 540 (had Isilo 4.31) and my new one is a Pharos 535.
