Version 5.02 ok with Treo 650?

My concern with their compatibility is based on this sentence from the requirements page for V5.02. "VFS required for access to documents stored on memory expansion cards." I think I remember reading something about the 650 using a different file system. (Actually I'm only guessing that VFS refers to the file system; my knowledge in this area is pretty limited) Any guidance would be appreciated.

The statement about VFS really only concerns pre-Palm OS 4.0 devices. All devices running Palm OS 4.0 use VFS, including the Treo 650.
