i can't open pdb using isilo ver 4.32, pls help

when i open the files it show "the document could not opened. It may be corrupt or it may have been deleted".

i don't know why, because i download many times already, (same files).
but also can't open.
i am using isilo ver4.32 for window.

pls help me to solve the problem

The file may be corrupt. If you can email the document file as a file attachment to http://www.iSilo.com/img/email.jpg, we can take a look and verify whether that is the case or not.

after i download, i check the file sizes is 53.2 MB (55,788,852 bytes)

The file opened without problems in both version 4.32 and version 5.01, so there does not appear to be a problem with the file. Are you able to open other files without problem?

thanks, i already can open the file after i try it one more times, i think it is due to the slow speed of network problem that make the file corrupt.
