extracting from isilo?

Is it possible to extract a *.pdb file that's in isilo3 format into, lets say, txt format? I'd like to be able to read some of my files in other devices and want a more universal file format.

"iSilo for Windows" provides a File/Save As function that allows you to save the document as a plain text file. Note that it is just plain text, so there is no formatting information.

Thanks. I did it another way though (figured it out right after I posted) -- I just copied and pasted. Embarassingly simple...but your idea is better. Thanks!
