Reg key not taking

I use to be an iSilo 3x and 4x user for Palm OS. I recently got a smartphone running windows mobile 6. On the 5th I upgraded to iSilo 5, but my reg key is not working. Is my reg key solely for the palm os? If so, can we delete that key issue me on for my smartphone. I no longer have a palm os.

Each platform version of iSilo is a separately licensed product. What is the specific make and model number of your Windows Mobile 6 device?

I am using a Motorola Q 9H. I didn't realize that when I purchased the upgrade on the 5th of March.
