Palm OS for Treo 750

Help in registering license. It will not register. :confused:

The Palm Treo 750 is a Pocket PC device, not a Palm OS device, so make sure you use the registration code for the correct product.

If you get the invalid registration code message, on the same screen, there will also be a non-sensical sentence enclosed in double quotes, something like "The big green mouse ate the small yellow lime." If you could please provide the sentence that you get, it will help us determine which part of the registration code you are entering incorrectly.

I have added the iSilo for Palm OS 4x. I can not get the info I have to open on the TX. I was beamed this information. I reg my license and it just does not work. Help!! :)

I also have the Treo 750 and everything works fine with it.

We are assuming that you mean that you had some document files beamed to your device and that the files are in iSilo format. Is that assumption correct? If so, then they would have been saved to the internal storage memory of your device.

Which specific version of iSilo do you have installed on your TX?

Thanks for your help. :) You are correct. I have 4.x v. The files were beamed from a TX also. Also, would I need an upgrade?

You should not need an upgrade to view the files.

In the "About iSilo" dialog, what is the specific version number of iSilo you have installed?
