converting PBD files with links to PDF

Hi all.

Since Isilo isn't available for Iphones, I'm interested in converting a file to PDF format in order to use it.

I was able to convert the file to PDF using FinePrint PDF Factory, but unfortunately the links weren't converted.

I should mention that the links link to different pages INSIDE the same Isilo file, not external ones.

Any ideas on what can be done??

It is not practically possible to convert an iSilo document to PDF with the links preserved.
