Isilo unable to find windows CE services; Please help!

I just purchased the full version of Isilo for my T-mobile Wing; the problem is I can not run Isilo setup to the Wing, I keep getting the error message: "Isilo unable to find Windows Ce services on this computer. Will now exit setup."

I simply can not run and install Isilo to the phone. Anyone have this problem before? Please help! :confused:

Is this something with Windows Vista or is it the on the T-mobile wing not allowing to run program?

The T-mobile wing is connected to my computer, I can view file and even sync music to it using Window Media Player. Downloaded : Isilo for Windows Mobile Pocket PC 5.01

You need to install Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for Windows Vista (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx).
