Not at this time, but there is hope in the near future, as Apple is to release the SDK so that developers (such as iSilo) can develop NATIVE programs for the iPhone at the end of this month (Feb '08), obviously this does not mean iSilo will be available in Feb '08, but hopefully soon thereafter.

It is likely that you can find the Watchtower Library for use on any smartphone, PPC, PDA or even an iphone.

There are many sites which will provide you with these downloads.
