Isilo resets to beginning on each opening

I just got a Lifedrive.
I have been using a demo version 3.xx Isilo for years.
I just registered for version 5.01
After loading it, I opened my book and found the page I was at. When I close it or go to my desktop and return to the book it takes me to page 1. I have checked all the settings but no luck. I finally downloaded ver. 4.01 and it seems to work, but it is only a demo version. Can I get a new reg code to use this verson instead of the ver 5.01 which does not work properly.

With regard to the document opening to the same location, it should work the same way in all versions. Try the following to see whether it makes a difference:

1. With the document open, go to the Options menu and tap Display.
2. Change the Layout field setting to "Disable table layout".
3. Tap OK.

After doing the above, try opening and closing the document to see whether it still has the behavior of going to "page 1".

I tried your recommendation but it still does the same thing.

Try increasing the maximum memory allowed for settings, per the following:

1. In iSilo's document list view, go to the Options menu and tap Document List.
2. In the Document List Options form, change the Settings field to the next higher setting (e.g., if it says 100K, increase it to 250K).
3. Tap OK.

I increase the memory to 500k and everything is working great.
