After I download the files from my employer website to sync with my palm, the sync completes but not all the files are copied into my palm. it appears it picks up the first file but does not copy the remaining files. the main title is the same for all the files but each subfile is different city. How can I get each city in the same file to be copied to my palm? Carol :

It's probably the case that all the files have the same internal database title/name, although they all have different file names. When you install a file to the internal memory of your device, the internal database name is used, and so if you install multiple files all with the same internal database name, they will overwrite one another and only one will remain. Either have the person who created the files recreate them, giving each one a different internal database name (e.g., title) or copy the files to the memory card of your device (where the file name is used instead of the internal database name).
