I have just installed iSilo5.01 for Windows onto my PC.However, when I tried to open 2 pdb documents from a Hong Kong magazine, it just showed some Hong Kong Chinese characters and some English in the document, the other Chinese characters (which are the main text) are boxes. I checked the option, text encoding shows "specified by document", and the document information shows that the text encoding is Big5. I don't understand why I can't read the chinese characters because everything seems ok. Please let me know if there's any way that I can read the remaining chinese characters in these documents. I have a lot of doucments from HK and I think I'll encounter the same problem if I open them. please help!

If you have a sample document under a couple hundred KB, then could you zip it up and post it so that we can take a look? If it is larger, you can email it to http://www.iSilo.com/img/email.jpg.
