I have got to say. I have never had this pour of customer service. I come to the web site and look for a "Contact Us" Button, they don't have one. I paied good money for this program and after 2 years I still am not able to use the full functionality of the program because the registration number I recieved after registering it did not work. I talked to the vender who gave me a phone number to call. I have left several messages. It has been 2 years and noboty has gotten back to me. Oh mister Isilo I am sure you have some good excuse and hopefully when you read this you will scramble to send me an e-mail to make things right. But I don't think that is the case. I think you will do one of two things.
1. You will probably never find it because it looks like you haven't serviced this site in the last 2 years let alone attempt to fix or read blogs of people who found Bugs in your program.
2. If you do find my post then you probably will delete it so that other customers will not see the negitive publicity.
I think both show that you have week charictor. So here is what I am going to do until I get an answer. I am going to post this blog over and over until I get an answer from you the Date is 1/8/08. Lets see how long it takes you to get back to me.
