Vista Compatability

I am new to the forum and would appreciate anyone's help. I have been a long time user of iSiloX and iSilo for Palmos using XP on my laptop. My computers are aging so I have been looking at computers with vista ultimate OS.

Does isilox work on Vista computers?
Will the hotsync work with the new palm desktop for vista or do I have to transfer converted files to the SD card with a card reader?

Yes it does.

BTW, I'm finding way to make iSiloX convert documents whenever Hotsync commences.

Any idea?
