Image Display is a Gray Box

One of my customers is getting a square gray box were the image should be. Attached is a screen capture. I don't know why this is happening. It is fine on my Windows version. Customer is on Version 5.01. So am I. do you have any suggestions on what is causeing this?

Assuming the user has iSilo registered, then ask the user to go to the document list view's options. In the options dialog, go to the Mode options and make sure that the "Free mode" checkbox is not checked.
