I've downloaded iSilo v4 for a trial in my Tungsten T3. It worked for a while and then I could not open it from the launcher. The only way I can recover this is by using a soft reset.

I've tried to delete the app, but I could not do it before a reset. Then I tried to reinstall it. It worked for a while and the problem came up again.

What can I do to overcome this problem? Or is it a bug.

Are you saying that when you tap the iSilo icon in the application launcher that iSilo does not start? Please confirm or clarify.

Sorry that my previous description was brief.

The situation goes like this: each time after I installed iSilo, I tapped on it to see if it worked. (Of course it did!) Then after using it for sometime, going in and out of it and other apps for some time, tapping on the iSilo icon yielded no response, just like tapping on nothing. It just returned to where it was (the launcher, I mean). The time and app usage sequence did not show any pattern. To me, tapping on the icon is a non-response to me.

Add:
After retrying a few times, I discovered that if the problem started to appear and I tried to delete iSilo from Application, the system would tell me that I "cannot delete it." But then iSilo would work again.

In addition, I'm using T|T3 with CJKOS. Some documents (created with iSiloX or otherwise) also use Chinese (Big-5) encoded document names.

Is the information sufficient for you to determine the cause of the abnormal behaviour?

Yes, there have been others who have experienced the same thing and the cause is due to the user having a corrupted copy of iSilo. Download a fresh copy from the download area of the iSilo.com website and reinstall. That should solve it.
