How to maintain ebook FORMATTING ?

HOW can I keep the nice pdb formatting of an eBook when I save it as a DOC or html ??

I have many Palm eBooks in Isilo pdb format.
Have been testing conversion the past few days.
I'm able to convert them to TXT... but, all the formatting is gone.
No para breaks or typestyles etc.
I've got a new eBooksWise-1150 Reader, and DOC and html books show up great if the formatting is there...

It is not possible to save an iSilo document with HTML formatting. It is only possible to save it as plain text.
