PNA's are based on WinCE 5.0 .NET version. Is it possible to install iSilo on these machines? Thanks!

Probably not. You can ask the device manufacturer whether they support installation of third party applications.

...and if they do which iSilo would work on these WinCE devices? the HPC edition?

Assuming the device does support installation of third party applications, you would need to ask the device manufacturer what platform it is and whether it supports standard Windows CE Handheld PC applications or if any of the other platform versions of iSilo might run on it.
