Untimely expiration

An iSilo for Windows user of one of my iSilo documents that has a built-in expiration date is getting an expiration message even though the expiration date has not yet passed. It does not resolve with uninstalling and reinstalling iSilo for Windows or the iSilo document in question.

Any suggestions?

The only reason why that would be expected to happen is if the user has set his computer's date incorrectly. So that might be the first thing to check.
