5.0 version

I presently have the 4.235 version, but purchased the 5.0 upgrade months ago, and have not been able to install. Please advise. Thank you

What is the specific problem that you are having with installation?

This particular version (5.0) did not load onto my iPAQ. I still have version 4.32

When "reloading" the iSilo program, should I remove the existing program from my computer and/or iPAQ. Also, with the "initial" downloading of iSilo, if for whatever reason it does not load properly, is it best to delete the program from the iPAQ and/or computer and repeat the download? thank you for your prompt response(s).

There is no need to uninstall the old version as the new version will simply overwrite it. However, you do need to make sure that you do not have iSilo running at the time you perform the install.
