Annotation in v5.0

I can't get the Annotation to work in my friend's Garmin IQM5 (PocketPC 2003), where the annotation selection is grayed out, or my PalmOS (v5.4.9), which I have the Annotation choice available, but it doesn't do anything.

You need to enter select mode first before you can highlight the text to annotate. The toolbar button that used to be called Copy Mode is now called Select Mode. So tap the button to enter select mode, then drag your stylus across the text you want to select. When you release the stylus from the screen, you then get the menu with the commands for copying or annotating the selected text.

That works great! I didn't see that in the Readme or the manuals. Are you going to update that soon? Also what is the exhaustive list of new features in v5.0?

The manual already has reference information on the annotation features, though it is not all placed together. But if you look on the "read view" page of the manual under "Edit menu", you will see an explanation of the Annotate command.

The high-level exhaustive list of new features is annotations and support for the two new platforms of Symbian Series 80 and Symbian UIQ 3.
