IPAQ 6945 & ISILO [Archive]

No bragging here, but just to clarify I am not new to PC's ... PPc's. I have also used isilo for several years now. PCC crashed requiring cold boot. Lost everything. Reinstalled isilo and used old reg code. Wouldn't work :( Uninstalled. Bought latest ver at 19.95 and retrieved code. I have entered it every way, forward, backward, upside-down, lower case, upper case, with the "-" and without. Continue to get refusal to accept proper registration code. Unit is IPAQ 6945 with phone. What am I doing wrong? PPC accepts program and runs it but won't accept the reg code. Have I installed the wrong version some how? If so, it would seem it would not run. Would someone give me a hint of where to go next, what to do and with what version for my PPC?

Your device is a Pocket PC device rather than a Handheld PC device. Please check your email for your new license information.

Also, make sure that you install the Pocket PC platform version of iSilo and not a different platform version.
