I have a problem encoding html to pdb

Hi!! I'm Korean PPC User.
My Problem is like this.
When I encode html to pdb, some spaces are well, but some spaces are ommited.
For example

Original
(1) abcdefgh

Encoded
(1)abcdefgh


Do you understand my thought?

My Encode Properties in documunt
1st option --> Unicode(UTF-8)
2nd option --> Korean(EUC-KR)

Please help!!

Can you post a sample HTML file that we can use to reproduce the problem?

All file I have produced have a same problem.
But, because it was a very irregular, I cannot find the reason.

In a sample file you can see green word's spaces are omitted.
Maybe it is a korean word, you cannot see a document well.
But in a Enlish Document, I found same problem.

In another posting, I might have read that 'Html file that MS word have encoded, will have a blank space problem.'

Please, Give me a sure solutions!! :)
