I tried this beta on my Palm Zire71 and found that my large_number_of_bookmarks_ problem was even worse in this build.
After trying to add about 36 bookmarks and running into problems like:
A bookmark 'breaks' and either links to Top or Bottom of document
Some gibberish characters appear in a bookmark
I deleted ALL bookmarks, added a new bookmark and then checked:
I now had TWO bookmarks, neither of which I had added
The two bookmark names were old bookmarks I had deleted
The two bookmarks were 'cross-linked' (each pointed to other)
BTW : The document resides on an SD card. Not sure where the Bookmarks are stored.
Also, I replaced the beta with v4.01 and lost access to all iSilo files on the SD card. They all showed up as 0 bytes. Palm Card Info indicated that memory was used (this card had almost exclusively iSilo content) so I had no choice but to move a few remaining files back to my Palm and reformat the SD card.
