I don't know the document you are referring to, but I can think of two ways you may want to handle this. Both cases require that either you or the document's author provide a table of contents.
The first technique is applicable when the document has a table of contents, but it may not be the first page. In this case, you specify the page number of the TOC under "Document Properties/Document/Home Page". When you wish to view the TOC, you can use the Home icon in the toolbar. You may find some additional information here (http://isilox.com/support/manual/iSiloX/ReferenceManual/DocumentProperties/Document.htm).
The second technique generates document-level bookmarks within the text when you generate it. In this case, you specify either the table of contents file (similar to the above situation) or a named-anchor format (when the document author uniquely identifies content links). You can find this option under "Document Properties/Document/Bookmarks", and you can find additional information here (http://isilox.com/support/manual/iSiloX/ReferenceManual/DocumentProperties/Bookmarks.htm).
I apologize if the above isn't entirely clear. Perhaps we could provide additional information if you post the source URL?
