I've installed the trial version to a N70 and tried reading a file converted but only strange characters appeared on the device. I doubt this is caused by incompatibility issue of iSilo. I read other users having the same problem. Is there any way this can be fixed?

I have no problem reading the same file using my PPC phone. Thanks.

If you converted the document yourself using iSiloX, try setting the output encoding to UTF-8 through Properties/Document/Text Encoding Options/Output document text encoding/Unicode (UTF-8).

On your device in iSilo, with a document open, go to Menu/Edit/Options/Font and select "Font to use". What are the names of all the fonts given as options there?

It is UTF-8, that is the coding I used when converting the file using iSiloX.

Please reread the reply and provide the font names available on your device, not the encoding of the document content.

It works. It would be a good news to all N70 users.
Thank you so much.

Hi there, I tried this method with combinedchinese16 because there's no UniT_HKSCS_S in my phone. Now I can read the file properly, but the file names under the main menu still do not display properly. Any suggestions to deal this problem? Thanks
