I use ISilo for several work documents but I have one document that will close ISilo after being open for about 7-10 seconds. It happens every time I open it, but none of the other documents (about 12) do this. I think I saw this about 3 years ago and it fixed itself after reloading the document, but that did not work this time. I open ISilo > pick the document from the list > it opens and a few seconds later it closes ISilo. Not just the document, it closes ISilo itself and I’m back to the desktop. I’m using the Pocket PC version on a xv6700 phone running Mobile PC v.5, ISilo v.4.32 . I don’t have problems with other programs so I don’t think it’s a touch screen problem…….

is this a setting i have , a setting that the "author" has set, or a bug? is ther a solution?

Would you be able to email the document so that we can try to reproduce the problem to determine the cause? If so, please email it to http://www.isilo.com/img/email.jpg.

I have had a similar problem that seems to come and go. I recieve documents from my employer and when I open a particular document it closes out isilo after being open for just a few seconds. This hasn't happened for quite some time but now occurs with a recently downloaded document. I tried closing it and deleting it and redownloading the document but it still closes isilo. I am using isilo pocket pc v. 4.3

The original poster did not send us a sample file.

Can you send us a sample document that exhibits the behavior you describe so that we can attempt to reproduce the problem?

Sure, but I don't see the function to insert or attach a file. How do I do that?

Email it as a file attachment per the first reply in this thread from iSilo.

Thanks for sending the file. Install the latest 4.x release, which is version 4.37 and it should solve the problem.
