Garmin iQue problems

iSilo v3 or v4 load fine, and I can see the tutorials and manuals, but anything I download from MemoWare shows up garbled. The title of the document shows up on the first line, the rest of the document is encrypted characters.
Help!

Are you sure the documents you have are either in iSilo or Palm Doc format? Would you be able to post one of the smaller ones so we can take a look?

In MemoWare 3.x I downloaded O-ring Size Chart updated 09/29/2001 which is in mobileDB format. Also I purchased the CIA Worldbook with .pdb file extension which gave the same results. I assume this is in the correct format since the directions sent me to the iSilo site.

iSilo can not read files in MobileDB format. It looks like the O-Ring file is only available in MobileDB format so you're out of luck with respect to iSilo for that one.

Make sure that the CIA World Fact Book you download is in iSilo format and not some other format, as it is available at Memoware in many different formats.

Also, make sure you unzip files first if they is zipped.

I have a file which was loaded successfully onto my Windows PDA. I can not seem to get this program loaded onto my Garmin iQue which is using the Plam OS.
I need some help to figure out why the problem. I have done the sync operation several times afetr the file was loaded thruogh my laptop. The information said the file would be added during my next sync operation...
All of the software including the maps for the GPS function went perfect.
Please, any suggestions?
