Isilo 4.05b3 still loads default catagories when importing old DB

I opened isilo up in the old version (4.01) and looked at where my docs where catagoriesed. I then loaded the beta3 and let it convert the DB. When I looked at where things were catagoriesed in the beta, they are all showing the catagories entered as the default, not where they were actually shown in the old version.
Considering I have over 100 docs, I pretty much can't going to use the beta until I can import catagories correctly - the thought of changing them all one at a time scares me.

That should not be the case. When version 4.05 converts the old settings database, it should carry over the categorization of documents that was used there. Did you make sure to delete the new settings database before starting version 4.05 since it may be present from a previous run of version 4.05?

I only have _iSiloSettingsDB_ on my Palm, I load the old version of iSilo and see my catagories (about 12). I then Load the new beta, it says it's converting the settings DB, asks if I want to delete the old one. I say no. It loads, starts checking all the files. When it finishes, I click over to the catagories tab and it's listing all 30+ defaults and things aren't in the right catagories anymore.

Hmm, it appears my settings DB might be corrupt somehow. I deleted it ALL (leaving only the docs on my card) and installed the old version of iSilo. When it scans for docs it finds a different list of catagories than the beta does. So I have the feeling my settings DB is wrong somehow, even though it displays and works correctly in the old iSilo version.

Has this always been the case? It didn't for me when I first installed 4.05 beta 1.
