Isilo in windows smartphone 2003

I installed isilo 4.05 in my windows smartphone 2003 but when i open an pdb file it says that i cannot use hyperlinks,or see images,colortables,etc in a free version.
The strange thing is that until yesterday it was full version,but i had to hard reset my phone and reinstall the isilo cab.Since then i have this problem
