I previously purchased iSilo 4.x for Palm and have now changed to a Pocket PC device. Is it possible to obtain a new registration code?

Each platform version of iSilo is a separately licensed product.

But there is a crossgrade discount available at the iSilo online store (http://store.iSilo.com). Under the Single User Licensing section, click Single User License Additions.

I might hop onto this thread, since I think it's related, though not identical.

I've just upgraded from a Zire 71 to a Treo 650. I've copied the iSilo app to the new device, along with the documents I had installed on the Zire. But the iSilo DB files etc wouldn't copy. I now have iSilo coming up as unregistered. If I try to enter my existing code, it tells me I've entered an invalid code.

I'm guessing this might mean the license code is related to the old hotsync name. Is this correct? (I've used a new hotsync name on the new machine, in keeping with 'best practice'.)

What can I do? Thanks.

You should be able to register on your new Treo 650 without a problem. Perhaps you do not have your registration code right. See Lost Registration Code Request (http://www.iSilo.com/support/LostRegCodeRequest.php) for that.

Ahh ... solved it. My problem was I confused registration code with serial number. :o
