Installed Isilo 4.35 (Symbian Series 60) for my Nokia N70 handset but all the Chinese (Big 5) character appears as strange character.

The pdb file was captured on PC (window 2000) with isiloX 4.35. I have been using HP PDA to read the file and it works fine so far. I can also read the chinese file on my PC. The same pdb file was then copied to the N70 with memoey card and then all becomes strange character. i have already had the N70 set at Big5 encoding.

Can anyone help to tell what goes wrong.

thanks.

In iSiloX, try setting the output encoding to Unicode (UTF-8) through Properties/Document/Text Encoding Options/Output document text encoding/Unicode (UTF-8)

In iSilo on your device go to Menu/Edit/Options, which gives you "Read view options". Press right until you get to the tab named Font. On the Font tab, go to the "Font to use" field. What are the names of all the fonts that are given as choices for that field?
