Which version should I install on the hp iPAQ? I have bought a licence for iSilo™ 4.35 for Windows® CE Handheld PC. Suspect it's the wrong one. Any suggestions?

Your iPAQ is a Pocket PC device, not a Windows CE Handheld PC device, so you should have purchased a license for "iSilo for Pocket PC" instead of for "iSilo for Windows CE Handheld PC".
