Hi everybody,
I begin to experience some troubles with my Isilo 3.3 :-/
When I sync new documents to my palm (I always choose to sync to my Memory stick) they do not appear in the isilo list anymore when isilo refreshes/synchronize its document list.
Then when I search in the isilo folder on my MS, I can see that IsiloX properly sent the documents into the folder...I say "properly" because I can manually ask Isilo to open them by navigating throuh the folders and opening them).. !
So I can't understand why the remain invisible ?
Anybody has an idea ?
Thanks in advance :-)

It may be the case that you somehow turned off the option to list iSilo documents.
In iSilo's document list view, go to the Options menu and tap Document List. Under Document types to list, make sure that you have iSilo 3.x checked.

It may be the case that you somehow turned off the option to have iSilo refresh the document list automatically.
In iSilo's document list view, go to the Options menu and tap Document List. For the Refresh field, make sure it says Automatic and not Manual.

Try changing the current category to All so that you can see all documents. It may be the case that you are in a category where the new documents are not. For example, you might be in the Business category but the new documents are Unfiled or in a different category (e.g., that you may have set up during conversion).

Unfortunately I already tried this and it did't solve my problem.
BUT may be I have an answer to this issue ?
I looked into the whole isilo folder on my MS with McFile and saw that a lot of converted isilo files which had been previously deleted via the Isilo UI were still there but with a size equal to zero reported. I did'nt see them before because Isilo UI did'nt "see" them at all.
Then I did the same with a card reader, these files were reported with their actual original size (300-400 kb) ?! I can't understand why Isilo seems sometimes not to actually delete its files, do you have an explanation ?
I could'nt delete these files with McFile and had to do it with my card reader.
Since they have been deleted, it seems that I have no more hotsync issue (knock on wood). Hope this will definitely solve my problem and help other people with the same annoying issue to do so :-)
What do you think of this ?
Please if what is said above is not clear, feel free to ask further explanations cause my english is certainly not perfect :-)

In another 84, another user reported a problem with 0K files. But the issue is highly unlikely caused by iSilo as iSilo simply calls upon the operating system to delete the file with one command. However, it does sound like some type of file level corruption.
Do you have any software installed at the system level that might affect operations on the card perhaps?

Mmmmhhh..
I just have Powerrun, and doesn't use it for isilo. What kind of "system level" software are you thinking about ?

Any system level software that affects the operation of the memory card in any way would be a candidate. From PowerRun's description, it sounds like it is such a possible candidate.
