Conversion problems with HTML to Palm OS

I'm trying to convert a large HTML ebook to use on my Palm Zire 31 but it's turning out strange.

For example, a line like this in the HTML:

"Ford fires foo at you all day.
How many fords are there?"

appears like this on the Palm after it has been converted and uploaded:

"Ford fires foo at you all
day.
How many fords are
there?"

For some reason it's making the lines break early. Is there any way to make the text wrap or the font shrink, instead of having it turning out in a mess like this?

With the document open in iSilo on your Zire 31, go to the Options menu and tap Font. For the Size field, try select Smaller or Smallest, then tap OK and see if it helps.
