how do a re-install Isilo to my replacement new pocket PC

i have a T-Mobile Pocket PC and I downloaded I-silo about 2-3 months ago. My phone is found to be defective in my pocket PC, therefore T-mobile just shipped me a replacement pocket PC. How do I re-install the I-silo to my replacement phone without incurring an additional download charge?

You will need to fill out the Lost Registration Code Request (http://www.isilo.com/support/LostRegCodeRequest.php) form and submit it.
