Invalid Registration Code

I downloaded isilo about 3 months ago to my Samsung i730 (running wm 5) pda phone. Today, I had to do a hard reset to the unit and have lost everything (including the isilo). I re- downloaded isilo 4.32 (identical to the previous one- pocket pc version). However, when I enter my registration code, it states this code is invalid. Any suggestions? It will still work. Make sure that you did indeed install the Pocket PC platform version of iSilo 4.32 and not the Windows Mobile Smartphone version. Assuming that you do indeed have version 4.32 of iSilo for Pocket PC installed, then the only possible cause of the problem is that you are entering the registration code incorrect, possibly because you are reading or entering one or more characters incorrectly or because you are entering something other than your registration code. Double-check the email you originally received with the registration code. If you don't have that anymore, see Lost Registration Code Request (http://www.isilo.com/support/LostRegCodeRequest.php).
