Howdy y'all,
I don't know if this is where I should ask, but...
I have to say that after using iSilo for 6 months or so, I think it's great! ;)
However,...After a year of using my Pocket PC, I decided I wanted to do a hard reset to clean up some of the nonsense that had accumulated.
Everything seemed to go fine.
When I sync'ed it up to my desktop, it wanted to establish a new profile, so I did that, and all was well.
Except - In the details section of the Activesync window, The line for syncing iSilo documents doesn't show up.
When I make a new document it never gets to the handheld.
If I go to options, the iSilo line is there, but there is no box to put a check in. It won't let me adjust the settings. I changed the settings in iSiloX to sync to the new profile, but that didn't help. I registered and unregistered in iSiloX, thinking that might do something.
If I open Activesync when I'm not connected, I can change the settings to sync with iSiloX, but when I connect, it reverts back to the way it was. It says that there are iSilo documents in the queue that it is waiting to sync, but doesn't indicate what it is waiting for.
Any ideas? :o
Thanks!
