Install with out a full hotsyc?

Sometimes I convert an HTML file after I have done my daily sync on my Palm.
I use pinstall to add other files and programs, is this possible to do and have iSolo recognize the file?

Instead of setting a HotSync destination for the conversion, you can set a folder or file destination so that the converted file is just saved to where you specify on your hard drive, and from there you should be able to use pinstall.
