To convert the content of a Word document, you will need to save it in HTML format or Web Page format first. You can then use iSiloX to convert from HTML format to iSilo format.

Hi there,I have successfully converted WORD to HTML file,
my next step is to convert this file to ISILO formet using ISILO X4.32,
but I have a problem:
Can I run ISILO X on the Desktop by itself without going through Acti.Synn.
as I need to store all converted files to folder in Desktop first ,then copy and
paste whatever file I needed to SC card later .From the tutorial I gather
that when you run IsiloX for the first time it will prompt you to the Acti.Synn
connection.
How to by-pass that step???
tks.

You can not bypass the initial step unless you do not have ActiveSync installed, so just choose the default ActiveSync user first. Then after iSiloX starts, go to the Document menu and click Default Properties. In the Default Properties dialog, click the Destination tab. In the Destination tab, remove the ActiveSync destination and add the Folder destination where you want converted files to be saved by default.
